History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Akta grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Akta. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortbow, but if one is not available he will default to his sword. His hair is cut close to his head. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears tan trousers with white and brown striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Irann took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, his father struggled to pay the bills. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He became a Mayor soon after.

History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born in the south to a Slave Trader, Armara learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Armara abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She struck the Slave Trader job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to be a spy again
