His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rolen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolen studied abroad. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Nimble was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she's looking for her big break

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'0" when asserting herself. Her blonde hair is thinning but still full. She has brown eyes and a brown hat with a white feather.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She dresses like a well dressed Navigator does. She has wavy white hair. Her eyes are likewise silver. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vapula embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Vapula was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Navigator, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Barfa has worked very hard to control his curse. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Jo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Courier for the past few years.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins.

History: She was born into a rich family. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
