History: Helja was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Bertram's homeland. Bertram decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
