Description: Standing 6'5", this man tends to wear a large black jacket. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: Barakas hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He married young, but lost his spouse to goblins. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available he will default to his scimitar. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a pastel suit, grey shirt, and brown tie. She carries a battered scythe and tarnished warhammer as well. Her fur is beige, silky, and of moderate length. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. A friendly and beautiful Tabaxi, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cask fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Foxilon has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she dresses like a well dressed Merchant does. Her hair is cut close to her head. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Ownka was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ownka decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is a great chef.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Merla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Merla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Merla and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A middle-aged man, he usually wears his grey robe and has his pickaxe always slung over his shoulder, and is pretty ugly. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Charles hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. The war was a terrible time for him, and Charles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Charles was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Body Guard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle
