History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She is a Herbalist first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Herbalist business.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Herbalist and was forced into it by her family; and to unite with her sister

Description: She wears a black coat over a pastel low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon her head, and carries warhammers. Her brown hair is knotted and matted. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). During her travels, Azza and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Azza discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Azza fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He carries with him a set of nunchakus, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He sports a flattop fur cut. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Great was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His head has been shaved. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.
History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Zog took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zog fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Travok lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
