Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he prefers to wear flannel. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and wants to work out more often

Description: 3'8" and muscular, this northern man wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Knight but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: An older man who wears a pastel costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso, he is not a threatening figure. His brown fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His yellow eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Trail took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. He carries with him a set of clubs, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Igden managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Reynard was born with his father's beautiful face. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Jheri was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She has achieved small success as a Server.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
