Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dreali grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is an epitome of beauty. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are silver and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by his family; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a tattered pair of loose pastel pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His long yellow fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. Her chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Orianna hails from a village terrorized by drow. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Faran and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a grey deerstalker hat and grey clothes. His brown hair is lengthy. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Darrak liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
