History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Whurdred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vaina is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Mehen has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
