History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Mastema abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vola fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and seeks redemption

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Glim abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born into a rich family. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is her passion

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Tatyan has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and balancing her hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult
