He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Jak hails from a village terrorized by drow. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Shifting lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Shifting was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shifting's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears an entirely brown suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for him, and Delg does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Banker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nissa is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Nissa was born the youngest of three triplets. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
