Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. She wears her blonde hair down. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quilla grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quilla. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has a hunchback. Her white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She has a dull look in her red eyes.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Sculptor job and began his own company from there.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears skinny pants and wears a tan and white robe with the hood down. He wears his brown hair down. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Naal took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His ears are large.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Krûk was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
