History: She was born in a small mountains village. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Ralf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She usually wears her white robe and has her dagger always slung over her shoulder. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the right. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she is greedy

Description: This man stands a little under 3'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a grey coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. His silver hair is still thick. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Gilthur and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gilthur discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gilthur fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: She was born in the south. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Description: She is an average looking western female in her early mid-life. She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. She has moderate length brown hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aym grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aym. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She works hard and plays hard.
History: Eran was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to be a fisher again
