History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Mindartis was a troubled youth. History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Quilla liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Quilla and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gale grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gale. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born to a Servant, her father struggled to pay the bills. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Fortune-teller job and began his own company from there.
