History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. River was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: She got into the Knight business at a young age. Through the years after Bryseis was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bryseis's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently the stress of being a Knight has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance.
