History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Riardon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: She is a Performer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Performer business.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her childhood dream was to be a Slave Trader, but she was a colossal failure. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Traulam embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Dustin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Smoking alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Smoking and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her black hair is heavily combed to the left. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Hunter who has hired him part-time. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He is content; and he's attracted to the pc
