Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nala grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nala. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: Torinn speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Torinn was born with his father's beautiful face. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Actor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bellfounder, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Quilla embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Quilla was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many gnolls want her driven away
