History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of a Server, who enjoyed hunting, Gimble was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the west. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tattered old clothes. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Umpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
