History: Donaar was born with his mother's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
