History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

History: Born to a Brewer, her father struggled to pay the bills. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Euphemia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

History: Gillyd was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She became a Merchant soon after.
