History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Tethren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This woman tends to wear a large white jacket. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her long golden hair reaches down to her waist. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Huru was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Huru's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is wearing a long, brown cloak. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Oskar was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he prefers to wear flannel. His blue crest is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his falchion with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He carries a battered nunchaku and tarnished falchion as well. His tied-back hair is silver. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Gifted from a young age, Erdan studied abroad. When Erdan reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erdan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the west

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This malnourished man wears a yellow tunic with white highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has shaved his head bald. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Trym was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he wants revenge against goblins

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Blossom was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
