History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Rael was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rael's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Gifted from a young age, Warryn studied abroad. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Purah took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Shepherd for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Simon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Simon took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he tends to wear a large brown jacket. His brown fur, when down, is lengthy. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beast grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
