History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Merla has worked very hard to control her curse. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vadania is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
