History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Mara hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She struck the Mercenary job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and many brigands want her driven away

His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Merchant for the past few years.

History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Odo was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Odo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
