History: He was born in a small island village. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Kildrak's homeland. Kildrak decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A freak accident while working with her Miner father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Priest job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He got into the Armorer business at a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Armorer.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
