Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Ownka was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and he perpetually has his monstrous two handed axe ready. He has brown hair. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Drogo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. A true patriot, Burgell would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Architect. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Kansif was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Shepherd like her father before her.

Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She sports golden long hair. She has green eyes and a red hat with a brown feather.
Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Blossom was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Blossom decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
