History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Althaea was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Rangrim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born in the north to a Glassblower, Vondal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
