Description: 5'1" and muscular, this eastern man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the east to a Mason, Adelard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mason, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in the south. A freak accident while working with his Cook father left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. With bright chestnut hair. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Apothecary but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Vola liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
