Description: He wears a black vest and prefers white and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and carries scimitars. His hair is brown and curly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines white.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This woman dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her silver hair is greasy and uncared for. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a fletcher and was forced into it by her family

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a tattered pair of loose pastel pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She has no fur. Her yellow eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a club on his belt. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has auburn hair. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 30. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length lavender fur. His yellow eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Moon hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He was born in a small desert village. Moon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length brass crest. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Aasathra was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect her home

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Gardain is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Gardain was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She usually wears her brown robe and has her falchion always slung over her shoulder. Her beige fur is smooth and relatively long. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she feels threatened by others

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her tied-back hair is white. She has amber eyes and a black hat with a tan feather.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mayor business.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Zagga was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Zagga's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Zagga and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she's repulsed by the pc
