History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Dworic and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dworic discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Dworic fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Drenna was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Drenna's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Azaki was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Ronobe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but she was a colossal failure. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She is content; and wants to raise her children well

Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her rusty crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
