Description: She very much looks the part of a Fletcher. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly halberds and sickles. Her red fur is singed and shortened. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A true patriot, Shivering would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Gifted from a young age, Shivering studied abroad. A gifted student she started as a Miller, but she got bored and became a Fletcher. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: An older woman who wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, she is not a threatening figure. Her crest is short and brass. Her red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She works hard and plays hard.
History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

She has a long silver ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She has hazel eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This woman wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around her neck, and a scythe on her belt. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vepar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
