Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: Uadjit was born the youngest of three triplets. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears dull brown sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed greatsword, just in case. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mardred is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Baker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He is a Yochlol in disguise. Thamuz was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thamuz decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Kasdeya was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Barber. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Silaqui lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Carpenter, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.
