History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Sammal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Sammal was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
