Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Oppleby isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Oppleby was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has achieved small success as a Interpreter.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Being a Navigator kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This malnourished woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. She keeps her auburn hair in a flapper bob. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jelenneth embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Jelenneth was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Jelenneth abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Lamlis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered illithids who tried to eat her hand. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was born in the south. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Leaf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Roofer and was forced into it by his family; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
