When her father died while fighting drow, the young Azza began to lead the lost caravan. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nala was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Nala took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scythe and armor she uses now. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
