History: Volen was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Volen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Volen. She's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Shane has worked very hard to control his curse. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His white hair is knotted and matted. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Shag alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a black top hat and black clothes. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Tethren lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a bricklayer and was forced into it by his family

This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born in the west to a Detective, Hadarai learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Detective and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: Melissa is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
