History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
