Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is baby faced.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Darrak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Darrak. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This malnourished woman is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her dark red hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nija fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Lewis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lewis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she would like to get married and retire

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs, marred by teas. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. She is baby faced.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
