Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His black crest is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: 4'11" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. Her silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She is a Slaad in disguise. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy silver stubble. He wears skinny pants and wears a red and green robe with the hood down. He has a hunchback. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 59. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He uses divination through singing.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and expand his business

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Outside of the suit she dresses well, wearing pastel shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She wears her brown fur down. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Cask wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Spy responsibilities is difficult; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is content; and he feels kind of lost in life

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her brown fur is still thick. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Quick was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Quick never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
