Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She got into the Body Guard business at a young age. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born into a rich family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: She is a pot bellied southern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She usually wears her green robe and has her sword always slung over her shoulder. She has done her best to style her white hair to look like a famous performer. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.

He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Morg is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
