Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His green crest has been sun bleached extensively. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.
History: He was born in a small plains village. Through the years after Greethen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Greethen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He bought a trident and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sumnes embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Through the years after Sumnes was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sumnes's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His black crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: The child of a Layabout, who enjoyed hunting, Mehen was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Mehen reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants a kiss

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Layabout mother left him crippled. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Fisher and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She carries a battered flail and tarnished quarterstaff as well. She has shaved her head bald. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Gillyd took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gillyd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'9" when asserting himself. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His black eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and money/treasure
