History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Smoking was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Gifted from a young age, Uzza studied abroad. A gifted student she started as a Sailor, but she got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
