History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the west to a Bricklayer, Nykkan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bricklayer for the past few years.
