She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Seraphina hails from a village terrorized by drow. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered drow who tried to eat her hand. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she wants revenge against drow
