History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Mella has worked very hard to control her curse. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mastema was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Through the years after Ratanák was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ratanák's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
