Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Paggen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paggen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
