Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Ortegar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing a long, pastel, dusty cloak. His beige fur is thinning but still full. His fierce copper eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Healer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her hair is chestnut and curly. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Eggren liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Eggren and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Seeks redemption.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Stannor has worked very hard to control his curse. He now mingles about in high society.
