Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Spice Merchant business.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eldeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eldeth. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Flame grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Through the years after Portia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Portia's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Ur-Edin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. At a young age his mother died while driving off some orcs. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in trident use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Aline is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Aline alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
