Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His fur is black and curly. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shadow fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Description: This late middle aged woman likes to wear ponchos typically of a light yellow in addition to tight pants and is in decent physical shape. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aline embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: River was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To be a Painter again; and to settle down with his crush

Voice: Jittery and nervous

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a yellow vest and prefers white and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Laucian was born the youngest of three triplets. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
