History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Burgell was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. After a long history of fighting, Burgell and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Through the years after Ermina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ermina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her youth she was a Interpreter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She became a Carter soon after.
