Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Baradad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Baradad and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To protect her home.

Personality: Silgre speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Silgre was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He got into the Architect business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Architect. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Greethen hails from a village terrorized by drow. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She struck the Shepherd job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Quelenna was born the youngest of three triplets. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She bought a flail and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and doesn't want to be a sellsword and was forced into it by her family

History: She got into the Servant business at a young age. Shava was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Servant. She became a Servant soon after.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Servant responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raer embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Raer abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
